SUMMARY — THE REDUCTIONA cadaveric study of endoscopic lacertus fibrosus release through a single proximal portal achieved full visualization and complete release in all four specimens without neurovascular injury, supporting anatomical feasibility.

Endoscopic release of the lacertus fibrosus using the Centerline™ system (Arthrex, Naples, FL, USA) was tested in four cadaveric specimens via a 5 mm proximal portal. Visualization was 5/5 and release was complete in all specimens, with no neurovascular injury, supporting the anatomical feasibility and safety of the technique.
