SUMMARY — THE REDUCTIONIn a cadaveric feasibility study, endoscopic lacertus fibrosus release via a small proximal portal achieved complete release with full visualization and no neurovascular injury in all specimens.

Endoscopic release of the lacertus fibrosus using the Centerline™ system (Arthrex, Naples, FL, USA) was tested in four cadaveric specimens via a 5 mm proximal portal. Visualization was 5/5 and release was complete in all specimens, with no neurovascular injury, supporting the anatomical feasibility and safety of the technique.
