SUMMARY — THE REDUCTIONThis technical note describes an extended harvest of the medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm to gain more graft length for brachial plexus reconstruction, especially obstetric injuries, with low donor morbidity.
Abstract, as published

The medial cutaneous nerve of the forearm can provide substantial graft length for brachial plexus reconstruction. We describe a technique for extended harvest, increasing graft length while maintaining low morbidity and simplifying reconstruction, particularly in obstetric but also traumatic plexus injuries.
